Locations, Days & Time

All sessions will take place at our studio 433 Waverley Road, East Malvern. 

The program consists of a total of SIX sessions per week.

Please refer to the timetable to view session times. Remember you will need to book all your sessions in advance to ensure a place is reserved for you. Any one-on-one personal training sessions are by appointment. Should you wish to include some personal training sessions into your personal best plan, we can schedule these in during your initial assessment.

You may commence Personal Best at any date of the month. Once you have commenced, your program will run for 4-weeks following your initial exercise session.
