What is Personal Best?

Personal Best is a 4-week high energy, results driven Pilates-based program available at Acacia Health. This program is designed to accelerate the results that you would see from your average Pilates program. In addition it takes a close look at your overall lifestyle making adjustments where necessary to maximize the benefits from the program.

This package includes six 45-minute Pilates sessions per week at Acacia Health. Over a 4 week period you will complete a grand total of 24 varied and exciting sessions. All sessions can be completed in a group setting or as a one-on-one individulised session. How you combine these sessions is completely up to you. Talk to us about your goals and we will recommend the best combination for you.

All group Pilates sessions are limited to 8-participants ensuring you receive the personal attention you deserve whilst enjoying the benefits of working out in a group environment. One-on-one sessions are available should you wish to have a particular session completely individulised and geared towards your specific goals and needs.

During all sessions our instructors will provide you with an endless amount of motivation and support.

To ensure remarkable results you will be welcomed into Personal Best with an Initial assessment and consultation. This will include an individualized and extremely detailed diet and exercise plan tailored for you for the duration of Personal Best. In addition you will undergo a complete anthropometry assessment. This includes all body measurements such as weight, height and body mass index, various body circumferences (e.g. waist, hip etc) and skinfolds (a body fat measurement). Finally we will complete a digital postural analysis, allowing us to factor any postural imbalances or concerns into your program development.

At the end of the 4-week program, we then perform a review assessment and consultation where we will revisit all measurements taken during your initial assessment. In addition we will spend some time with you setting up an on-going diet and exercise plan.
