I have been skiing for some years now. Every year the proliferation of snow boarders increases. Being a traditionalist, I am always fearful of colliding with a snowboarder. This winter it happened. The snow season had been the best for a couple of years. I had taken the day off work to head down to Thredbo for the day. All I remember is sitting on my rear end looking at the clear blue sky. The mountain rescue team took me off the mountain with severe concussion. They were able to contact my partner who alerted them to my pharmacological allergies.
